DVA Gold Card Patients
DVA Gold Card patients are bulk billed for all consultations — no out-of-pocket costs. Please bring your DVA Gold Card to your appointment. Our reception team can assist with any DVA-related enquiries prior to your visit.

Payment on the Day
Payment is required at the time of your consultation. We accept EFTPOS, credit card (Visa and Mastercard), and cash. A receipt is provided for you to claim your Medicare rebate directly through the Medicare app, online, or at a Medicare service centre.
Surgical Fee Estimates
Surgical fees are separate from consultation fees and are not included in the schedule above. A detailed written estimate of all fees — including surgeon, anaesthetist, and hospital costs — will be provided to you prior to any planned procedure.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A late cancellation or non-attendance fee may apply for cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time.
Medicare Rebate Claiming
A valid GP referral is required to claim Medicare rebates for specialist consultations. Please ensure you have a current referral before your appointment. Our reception team is happy to assist if you have questions about Medicare eligibility.
